This 12-month apprenticeship, under India's National Apprenticeship Training Scheme, provides valuable on-the-job training Please note, there is no obligation for permanent employment with Deutsche Bank Group upon completion of the Apprenticeship Training tenure.

Role Description

• The Engineering Apprentice will work closely with experienced technology professionals to gain hands-on exposure to software engineering, IT applications, systems, and technology platforms. This role offers an opportunity for recent engineering graduates to develop technical, analytical, and professional skills while contributing to business-critical technology initiatives in a dynamic and collaborative environment. On successful completion of the program, candidates will demonstrate strong technical aptitude, a learning mindset, and the ability to adapt to evolving technologies.

Your key responsibilities

• Assist with Application Management: Support the management, maintenance, and monitoring of technology applications to ensure operational stability and performance.

• Support and Troubleshooting: Provide technical support and assist in diagnosing and resolving application-related issues.

• Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of application configurations, processes, and system changes.

• User Training: Assist in creation and delivery of user guides, training materials, and knowledge-sharing sessions.

• Project Participation: Contribute to technology projects, including application enhancements, upgrades, automation initiatives, and new implementations.

• Quality Assurance: Support testing activities to ensure applications meet functional and quality standards.

• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve application performance, operational efficiency, and user experience.

• Compliance and Security: Support adherence to organizational policies, information security standards, and regulatory requirements.

• Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to support successful technology delivery and operations.

Who can apply

• B.E./B.Tech 2025/ 2026 pass out in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Cyber Security, Electronics & Communication, or allied engineering disciplines from recognized institutions.

• Minimum 70% aggregate OR 7.0+ CGPA

• Indian Citizen who has completed graduation from an Indian University

• No prior work experience and no PF account

• Must not have worked (or currently be working) as an Apprentice with any organization

• Must possess all academic documents, including mark sheets and Degree Completion Certificate / Provisional Degree Certificate

Your skills and experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Cyber Security, Electronics & Communication, or allied engineering disciplines from recognized institutions.

• Strong interest in software engineering, IT applications, technology platforms, and digital solutions.

• Analytical thinking and the ability to solve technical problems effectively.

• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to collaborate effectively within diverse and cross-functional teams.

• Strong attention to quality, accuracy, and detail.

• Enthusiasm for learning emerging technologies and adapting to changing business needs.

Skills

• Familiarity with software applications, systems, and technology platforms.

• Understanding of programming concepts and basic proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, C, C#, C++, or SQL.

• Basic understanding of relational databases, database concepts, and SQL queries.

• Foundational knowledge of networking concepts and protocols.

• Awareness of information security and cybersecurity principles.
