Apprentice for Service Delivery

Graduate Apprentice – Operations (12-Month Apprenticeship Program)- Kolkata

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated graduates to join our 12-month Apprenticeship Program in our Operations team at Kolkata. This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to build practical business operations experience in a professional corporate environment.

This is a 100% Work from Office role.

The Role is Service Delivery Executive, having key responsibilities as under:

a. Ensuring desired auction success factor

b. Ensure desired bidders per lot

c. Performance reviews with Clients

d. Implementing the mjunction Forward Auction SOP

e. Material inspection, when required

f. Travel to meet client & buyers

g. Maintain MIS of auctions conducted

h. Prepare reports - Pre auction, post auction, etc.

i. Collect market feedback from buyers

Eligibility

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Freshers are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be willing to work from the Kolkata office on all working days.
