Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in setting up restaurant outlets, banquet halls, and service areas
  • Greet and escort guests in a courteous and professional manner
  • Support taking food and beverage orders accurately
  • Serve food and beverages as per hotel standards
  • Ensure cleanliness and proper table setup before and after service
  • Assist in buffet setup, replenishment, and clearance
  • Follow hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Handle basic guest queries and escalate concerns when required
  • Support billing and payment processes (if trained)
  • Work collaboratively with kitchen and service teams
