Job Description
Support preventive and breakdown maintenance activities for process equipment across MPP-III PP-II and PD Lab areas while learning and adhering to cGMP and safety standards.
- Follow cGMP guidelines and all plant safety rules at all times.
- Assist in daily maintenance planning and execution based on production and safety requirements.
- Support preventive maintenance of process equipment in MPP-III, PP-II, PD Lab, and Kilo Lab areas.
- Raise purchase requisitions (PR) and coordinate with vendors for calibration and validation activities.
- Assist in equipment and utility modifications for new processes.
- Support installation and commissioning of new equipment as per safety and operational requirements.
- Participate in qualification and re-qualification of process and utility equipment.
- Maintain proper documentation and comply with SOP requirements.
- Assist in breakdown maintenance of equipment to ensure minimal downtime.
- Help in maintaining and organizing spare parts and tools.
- Ensure good housekeeping in the workshop and spares/tools area.
- Monitor and control lube oil and water spillages.
- Support AHU maintenance and basic troubleshooting activities.
