Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and growth-focused
Social Media Content & Growth
Apprentice who can design engaging social media posts, support video content creation, and help grow our brand presence across multiple social media platforms.
The ideal candidate should have strong design instincts, understand social media trends and algorithms, and be comfortable using modern AI tools to improve content production and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation
- Design high-quality and engaging social media posts, carousels, and stories
- Maintain a consistent visual style aligned with the brand
- Create graphics using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or similar platforms
- Video Editing (Occasional)
- Edit short-form videos such as Reels, Shorts, and promotional clips
- Add subtitles, transitions, and engaging visual elements
- Optimize videos for different platforms
- Social Media Management
- Publish and schedule posts across platforms such as:
- Instagram
- LinkedIn
- YouTube
- Facebook
- Other emerging platforms
- Maintain posting consistency and content calendar
- Social Media Growth
- Understand and apply social media algorithms and growth strategies
- Monitor engagement metrics and optimize content accordingly
- Research trending topics, formats, and viral content styles
- AI Tools Utilization
- Use modern AI tools to assist with content creation, research, and design
- Improve efficiency in ideation, captions, and content formats
- Content Shoot Assistance
- Assist in planning and shooting content when required
- Help with basic setup such as framing, lighting, and angles
