Job Description

What You'll Do

  • Rescreening History Review
  • Analyze historical screening data in Blue Umbrella (BU) tools, including Ref Flags (RF) and profile notes.
  • Determine whether rescreening is necessary or if parties can be removed from the watchlist.
  • Benefit: Helps save/reduce unnecessary rescreening costs by leveraging existing data to make informed decisions.
  • ACAB (LRN) Training Coordination
  • Upon receiving data from Palantir, consolidating and harmonizing stakeholder data (internal and third-party) related to watchlisted entities.
  • Update contact details and training records in BU to ensure accurate tracking of LRN training completion.
  • Follow-up with the third parties pending LRN training to meet compliance requirements.
  • Benefit: Keeps watchlisted parties up to date on new ACAB training modules.
  • Watchlisted Rescreening Coordination
  • Support the rescreening of 125 watchlisted parties and updating BU records accordingly.
  • Coordinate with Atul Dixit and Cara Disheroon to track RF mitigation actions and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Project CUPID Support
  • Upon receiving data from Palantir, assisting in identifying active vs. inactive third parties looking at the finance and contact details.
  • Update BU records accordingly to reflect current engagement status and ensure data integrity.
  • Benefit: Eliminates unnecessary monitoring and rescreening of the third parties that are not active thereby saving costs.
  • Closure of In-Progress Parties
  • Investigating third parties which are in-progress and reaching out to requestors for status.
  • Confirm no ERP entry for in-progress parties and assisting Cara and Atul to suspend any ERP entries without DD approval.
  • Ad Hoc & Emerging Compliance Needs
  • Provide support for any urgent or unforeseen compliance-related tasks that may arise over the next six months.
