Trainee Operative Technician
Analytical Techniques: UV–Visible spectroscopy, Colorimetry
Chromatography: HPLC, GC, TLC/HPTLC, ICP-MS
Electrophoresis: AGE, PAGE, SDS-PAGE
Molecular Techniques: DNA/RNA extraction, PCR basics, Gel documentation
Sample Handling: Clinical sample processing, buffer/reagent preparation, aseptic techniques
Instrument Skills: colorimeter, UV chamber, microplate reader
Data Analysis: Chromatogram and spectrum interpretation, standard curves, QC basics
Bioinformatics: BLAST, NCBI tools, Expasy.
Documentation: Lab notebook maintenance, SOP handling, GLP/GMP awareness
