Join the GenAI & Automation team to support AI-driven transformation initiatives across accounting, reconciliation, analytics, and reporting processes. This role is designed for commerce graduates who are interested in applying Generative AI, analytics, and automation tools to improve business operations and simplify manual processes.

You will work closely with business and technology teams to help implement practical AI-assisted solutions in a fast-evolving enterprise environment.

What You'll Work On

  • Support GenAI-driven solutions for business processes across accounting, reconciliations, analytics, and reporting
  • Use AI tools and LLMs for summarization, classification, document analysis, and insight generation
  • Assist in automating manual workflows using low-code and automation platforms
  • Work with structured and unstructured business data from enterprise systems
  • Support dashboards, operational reporting, and workflow automation initiatives

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in identifying opportunities for AI and automation within business processes
  • Support development of AI-assisted workflows using Generative AI and automation tools
  • Analyze and document existing manual processes and suggest improvements
  • Support LLM integration activities including prompt design, testing, and output validation
  • Help monitor and troubleshoot automation solutions and reporting processes
  • Prepare documentation aligned with governance, controls, and audit requirements

Qualifications

  • B.Com graduate
  • Strong interest in:
    • Generative AI
    • Automation
    • Analytics and reporting
    • Business process improvement
  • Comfortable working with data and business reports
  • Basic knowledge of Excel and business applications
Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with
    • Microsoft Excel
    • Power Automate / Power Apps
  • Awareness of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, or other Generative AI platforms
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
Nice to Have

  • Certifications or coursework in:
    • Data Analytics
    • Generative AI
    • Power Platform
  • Internship or academic project exposure in analytics, reporting, or automation
  • Understanding of accounting, reconciliations, reporting, or finance operations
