Job Description:
We are hiring Appraisal Trainees (Gold Loan Executives) who are enthusiastic, trustworthy, and customer focused. This role involves handling gold loan operations, verifying ornaments, and ensuring smooth disbursal and collection processes. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess and appraise gold ornaments for loan eligibility
Handle customer queries and provide gold loan information
Ensure accurate documentation and loan disbursal
Follow up for interest collection and repayment
Maintain records as per company standards and RBI guidelines
Eligibility Criteria:
Education: Minimum 12th pass or Graduate
Experience: Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply
Gender: Male candidates preferred
Language: Must be fluent in Kannada
Vehicle: Two-wheeler and valid driving license are compulsory
