About the Role:-
We are looking for a highly motivated Online Appointment Setter (Pre-Sales) to connect with inbound and outbound leads, qualify prospects, and book meetings for our sales team. This role is critical in ensuring a strong sales pipeline by initiating meaningful conversations and setting quality appointments with US-based clients.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Engage with leads via calls, emails, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and CRM tools
- Qualify prospects based on their needs, budget, and readiness to buy
- Schedule appointments and demos for the Sales Closer team
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM
- Follow up with warm leads to maximize conversions
- Understand company services and effectively communicate value propositions
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly appointment targets
Required Skills:-
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle objections and build rapport quickly
- Experience in appointment setting, lead generation, or pre-sales preferred
- Familiarity with CRM tools, email outreach, and lead tracking systems
- Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
Preferred Qualifications:-
- Experience working with US or international clients
- Background in digital marketing sales.
- Understanding of B2B sales processes
Work Timings:-
- US Business Hours (Night Shift in India)
- Fixed 8-hour shift with weekly offs
