Key Responsibilities
• Maintain a strong and consistent work ethic
• Follow the company's sales systems and processes
• Attend daily coaching and training sessions
• Complete 150+ outbound dials per day
• Manage follow-ups and sales pipeline efficiently
• Handle administrative and reporting tasks accurately
• Contribute positively to the team environment
Requirements
• Minimum 6 months of experience in an SDR/BDR role or experience selling independently for a business
• Strong time management and self-discipline
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales processes
• Excellent communication and phone skills
• Professional and mature approach toward discussing men's health topics
Location
In-office role based in South Delhi, India
Relocation opportunities may be available for top-performing candidates.
Compensation
₹2.4L – ₹3.6L Base Salary + Performance-Based Incentives
Top-performing setters may become eligible for promotion within 90 days based on performance.
