Job Overview:

We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven Appointment Setters to join our dynamic sales team. If you have experience engaging with C-suite executives and handling markets such as the US, UK, Nordics, and APAC, we want to hear from you! As an Appointment Setter, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base by scheduling high-quality appointments for our experienced sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct outbound calls and emails to prospective clients, including C-suite executives, to set up appointments for our sales team.
  2. Maintain a high volume of calls and consistently meet daily/weekly call targets.
  3. Qualify leads by understanding prospects needs and determining if they align with Konsaleshire's services.
  4. Communicate effectively with executive-level decision-makers.
  5. Handle outreach across various regions, including the US, UK, Nordics, and APAC, adapting to diverse business cultures.
  6. Follow up with potential clients who have shown interest but have not yet scheduled an appointment.
  7. Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handoffs and maximize appointment-to-sales conversions.
  8. Stay up-to-date on our offerings to effectively communicate with potential clients.
  9. Identify opportunities for process improvements in appointment setting to increase efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of proven experience as an Appointment Setter, Sales Representative, or a similar role.
  • Strong confidence and ability to communicate with C-suite executives.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Resilient in handling rejection and maintaining a positive, persistent attitude.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with high attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and meeting targets consistently.
  • Previous experience in B2B sales or related industry is preferred.
  • Experience engaging with markets in the US, UK, Nordics, and APAC regions.
  • Experience in tech sales is a plus.
