Job Description


Location: Onsite

Role Objective

As an Appointment Setter, you are the first point of contact for potential clients. Your mission is to identify high-quality leads, initiate professional conversations, and schedule discovery calls for our senior sales team.

Key Responsibilities

Outbound Prospecting: Conduct high-volume outreach via cold calling, personalized emailing, and LinkedIn networking to target healthcare decision-makers.

Lead Qualification: Use preset criteria to ensure prospects are a good fit for Credifide's services (e.g., practice size, current billing challenges, or credentialing needs).

Appointment Scheduling: Manage the sales team's calendar by booking and confirming discovery meetings, ensuring no overlaps or scheduling conflicts.

CRM Management: Maintain meticulous records in Zoho CRM of all interactions, follow-ups, and lead statuses.

Objection Handling: Confidently navigate common gatekeepers and address initial hesitations by highlighting the value of our RCM and credentialing automation.

Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to discover new lead-gen avenues.

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: 2+ years in appointment setting, lead generation, or outbound sales (Healthcare/SaaS experience is a major plus).

Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English. You must sound professional, empathetic, and authoritative on the phone.

Resilience: A thick skin and a positive attitude. You understand that no is just part of the process.

Tech Savvy: Proficiency with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and scheduling software (like Calendly).

Organization: Strong time-management skills with the ability to handle a high volume of touches (calls/emails) per day.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

To be successful in this role, you will be measured on:

Dials/Touches per Day: (e.g., 80–120 outbound actions).

Lead-to-Meeting Conversion Rate: Percentage of leads that agree to a call.

Show Rate: Percentage of set appointments that actually attend the meeting.

Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs): The number of appointments that move forward into a proposal stage.
