Appointment Setter & Business Development ExecutiveJob Summary
We are looking for a results-driven Appointment setter and Business Development Executive who can actively contribute to both client projects and agency growth through calling, outreach, and appointment setting.
The ideal candidate should be confident in handling cold and warm conversations, capable of generating leads, and skilled at converting prospects into booked appointments. This role requires a proactive individual who can take ownership of daily targets, follow structured processes, and consistently drive results.
You will be responsible for engaging with prospects, qualifying leads, collecting relevant information from the prospect, maintaining accurate CRM records, and supporting business development efforts through consistent outreach and communication
Key Responsibilities- Handle cold and warm calling to engage with leads provided by the company as well as self-generated prospects, primarily targeting clients based in Australia.
- Communicate confidently with Australian prospects, ensuring clarity, professionalism, and strong conversation flow
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through research, outreach, and prospecting
- Qualify leads using structured questions and understand their requirements
- Book appointments and schedule meetings for clients and internal sales calls
- Conduct outreach via calls, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email, and other channels
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions, notes, and follow-ups in the CRM system (Go High Level or similar)
- Follow up with leads consistently to move them through the pipeline
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads
- Meet daily and weekly targets for calls, outreach, and appointments
- Continuously improve scripts, messaging, and approach based on performance and feedback
Required Skills & Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience in appointment setting, tele sales, business development, or a similar role
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable speaking with international clients (Australia preferred)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, AI Prospecting and CRM tools
- Experience handling MQL, SQL and finding new leads from different sources.
- A neutral accent
