Job Role Responsibilities
As an
Agency Development Manager , you will be responsible for driving sales through recruitment and development of life insurance agents.
Recruit and train insurance agents (commission-based)
Supervise agent activity plans and ensure target achievement
Conduct
weekly performance reviews (PRPs) with agents
Maintain updates in the
Sales Management System
Motivate agents to participate in
Career Progression Programs
Encourage agents to use digital tools like
Agent Portal CRM for customer management and cross-selling
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience : Minimum 2 years in sales
Education : Graduate (any stream)
