Overview
A business facing operational support role, ensuring the reliable day-to-day running of their customer facing digital stack, spanning SAP Sales Cloud, Emarsys Marketing, Zendesk & SAP Business One integration.
You'll be providing level 1/2 support across CRM, Marketing Automation and Customer Service Platforms, with a strong emphasis on incident triage, configuration management, data quality and user enablement. It plays a key role in maintaining stable integrations between front-office platforms and SAP B1, including master data synchronisation and quote-to-order flows via codeless BPA automation.
You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, CX and IT teams, the role supports revenue-critical processes such as lead-management, renewals, campaigns, ticket handling, and customer communications. It combines technical platform knowledge with process discipline, customer empathy and strong documentation, ensuring operational continuity while supporting controlled change, releases, and incremental optimisation of the customer engagement ecosystem.
