Job Description

We're looking for Application Tech Support!

Responsibilities

  • Provide voice-based service desk support for client issues
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve technical incidents
  • Act as the primary interface between client and IT systems
  • Ensure timely resolution of service desk tickets
  • Follow ITIL-based incident and problem management processes
  • Collaborate with internal technical teams for issue resolution
  • Maintain service quality and the system performance standards
  • Work in rotational shifts as required
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for issue resolution
  • Deliver excellent customer service and communication support
  • Good communication skills and ability to be a team player
