- Monitor and evaluate team performance to ensure adherence to service standards.
Professional & Technical Skills
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Service Desk Management.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Service Desk Voice Support.
- Strong understanding of incident management processes and best practices.
- Ability to utilize ticketing systems effectively for tracking and resolving issues.
- Experience in providing technical support and troubleshooting for applications.
- Familiarity with service level agreements and performance metrics.
Additional Information
