Summary: As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will serve as the vital link between clients and our systems or applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to build knowledge and support the team. - Participate in Problem Solving discussions. - Assist in troubleshooting and resolving client issues in a timely manner. - Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Service Desk Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with ticketing systems and client management tools. - Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices. - Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users. - Familiarity with common software applications and troubleshooting techniques. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 0-2 years of experience in Service Desk Management. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
