Summary: As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will serve as the vital link between clients and our systems or applications. Your day will involve engaging with clients to understand their needs, utilizing your exceptional communication skills to ensure our world-class systems operate seamlessly. You will define client issues accurately and leverage your deep product knowledge to design effective resolutions, ensuring a high standard of quality in all interactions and solutions provided. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate training sessions for team members to enhance their understanding of system functionalities. - Document and maintain records of client interactions and resolutions to improve service delivery. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Enterprise Network Operations. - Strong understanding of network protocols and troubleshooting techniques. - Experience with network monitoring tools and performance analysis. - Ability to implement and manage network security measures. - Familiarity with cloud-based network solutions and their integration. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Enterprise Network Operations. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
