Project Role Description:

As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will serve as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Your focus will be on maintaining quality, utilizing exceptional communication skills to ensure our world-class systems remain operational. You will leverage your deep product knowledge to accurately define client issues and design effective resolutions.

• 15 years full-time education

Summary:

In this role, you will provide ongoing support to clients, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure smooth operations of systems. Your expertise in SD-WAN implementation will be essential for effectively addressing client needs.

• Expected to perform independently and become a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
• Actively participate and contribute to team discussions.
• Provide solutions to work-related problems.
• Offer ongoing support to clients, addressing technical issues and concerns.
• Troubleshoot system or application issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system operations.
• Stay updated with the latest product knowledge and industry trends.
• Identify areas for process improvement and suggest innovative solutions.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must Have Skills:
• Proficiency in SD-WAN Implementation.
• Additional Skills:
• Strong understanding of network protocols and technologies.
• Experience in troubleshooting network issues and implementing solutions.
• Knowledge of routing and switching technologies.
• Familiarity with security protocols and best practices.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SD-WAN Implementation.
• A 15 years full-time education is required.
