As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will serve as the vital link between clients and our systems or applications. Your day will involve engaging with clients to understand their needs, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that our high-quality systems operate seamlessly. You will utilize your exceptional communication skills to provide effective solutions and maintain client satisfaction, all while deepening your product knowledge to enhance your ability to resolve complex issues efficiently. Key Responsibilities: - Management and maintenance of the LAN / WAN/ Internet environment Delivering and establishing projects related network implementation for clients and internal teams - Provide support and troubleshooting of the network issues with respect to the projects/internal environment End to end project transition. - Meet customer expectation with timely delivery of all network services per the defined in OLA Deliver the result by adhering to the defined processes like ISO 20000, ISO27001, BS25999 Technical Experience: - Strong technical knowledge on troubleshooting Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls is mandatory - Knowledge about Cloud platforms. - Should have strong skills on at least 2 skills Switching, Routing, and Firewalls should have moderate skills in other technology. - Minimum experience on VPN configuration on SRX/Paloalto/Fortigate. - Should have prior experience in handling production network monitoring. Lab experience will not be considered. - Exposure on configuring and troubleshooting switching environment with STP, VTP, HSRP Professional Attributes: - excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills Ability to take ownership and work independently with good interpersonal skills handling initiatives and ideas Work as a team player with positive attitude towards work Proven ability to manage own workload Educational Qualification: Degree in EC/IT/CS /15 years of Full-time education Experience Required: 5 to 7 years, 15 years full time education
