As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will serve as the vital link between clients and our systems or applications. Your typical day will involve engaging with clients to understand their needs, providing exceptional communication to ensure the smooth operation of our world-class systems, and utilizing your product knowledge to accurately diagnose and resolve client issues. You will be dedicated to maintaining high-quality service and ensuring client satisfaction through effective problem-solving and support.
Roles & Responsibilities

- Participate in Problem Solving discussions.
- Assist in documenting client interactions and resolutions to enhance team knowledge.
- Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement in service delivery.
Professional & Technical Skills
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Service Desk Management.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Service Desk Voice Support.
- Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and service management tools.
