- Participate in Problem Solving discussions.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving client issues in a timely manner.
- Document and track client interactions and resolutions to enhance service delivery.
Professional & Technical Skills
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Service Desk Management.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Service Desk Voice Support.
- Strong understanding of client relationship management.
- Ability to analyze and interpret client issues effectively.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and service desk software.
Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 0-2 years of experience in Service Desk Management.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
