• Must be from Application support background
• Hands on experience of managing delivery for Indian BFSI clients
• Technically aware of understanding criticality of support activities and processes
• Can guide team and hand hold team technically , when required
• Understanding of clients expectation and stakeholder management
• Develop and support internal performance metrics (KPIs), establishing and monitoring service delivery and SLAs .
