- Hands on experience of managing delivery for Indian BFSI clients
- Technically aware of understanding criticality of support activities and processes
- Can guide team and hand hold team technically , when required
- Understanding of clients expectation and stakeholder management
- Develop and support internal performance metrics (KPIs), establishing and monitoring service delivery and SLAs .
