Application support Maintenance

Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Application Support Maintenance professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15-21 years of experience in the job market context of India and possess a strong technical background in application support and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for applications and systems, ensuring that they are functioning optimally and meeting business requirements
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application functionality, performance, and stability
• Work closely with development teams to identify and resolve defects and other issues
• Perform regular maintenance and updates to applications and systems
• Develop and maintain documentation related to application support and maintenance processes
• Ensure adherence to established SLAs and ITIL processes
• Participate in on-call rotations to provide after-hours support

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Minimum of 15-21 years of experience in application support and maintenance
• Strong technical skills in programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python
• Experience with database technologies such as Oracle, SQL Server, or MySQL
• Experience with application servers such as WebSphere, WebLogic, or JBoss
• Experience with ITIL processes and methodologies
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
