We are seeking a seasoned Application Support Lead with 10-15 years of overall experience, including at least 5+ years in a lead role. The candidate will be responsible for managing application support operations, ensuring high availability, stability, and performance of full stack applications built on React JS, Node JS, NPM, and Webpack.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the application support team and manage day-to-day operations.
- Provide L2/L3 support for full stack applications (React JS front-end, Node JS back-end).
- Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution.
- Perform root cause analysis for recurring incidents and implement permanent fixes.
- Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams to ensure seamless application functionality.
- Drive incident, problem, and change management processes in line with ITIL standards.
- Ensure SLA compliance and deliver regular updates to stakeholders.
- Automate monitoring, alerting, and routine support tasks using Node JS scripts.
- Document support procedures, create knowledge base articles, and establish best practices.
- Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
