We're Hiring | Application Support Lead (L2/L3 Support)

Location: Mumbai – Lower Parel

Experience: 5+ Years

Notice Period: Immediate / 15 Days

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Application Support Lead with strong expertise in L2/L3 production support, incident management, RCA, and SLA-driven operations within the BFSI/Finance domain.

Mandatory Skills:

• Application Support (L2/L3)

• Incident Management & RCA

• MSSQL (Mandatory) & PostgreSQL

• SLA Handling & Escalation Management

• ServiceNow / Jira / SMAX

• Team Handling & Stakeholder Management

• BFSI / Finance Domain Experience

• Strong Analytical & Reporting Skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor support teams

• Handle critical production incidents

• Monitor KPIs & SLA compliance

• Improve support processes & documentation

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for issue resolution
