Role Overview
We are looking for experienced professionals to join our team for an exciting opportunity in Application Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Application installation and configuration
- Error determination and troubleshooting
- Coordination of Infrastructure & Operations activities
- Participation in deployment/release projects
- Developer support and collaboration
- Represent Application Operations in projects
- Change, Problem, and Incident Management
- Scripting for automation and support
- Migration activities
- Dump generation and analysis
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong experience in Windows Server operations
- Expertise in Microsoft IIS (8.5 / 10) and preferably SQL Server
- Good understanding of hardware infrastructure and networking
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Experience as a Solution Architect is a plus
- Basic knowledge of Windows PowerShell scripting
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong commitment to customer delivery
- Structured approach with planning skills
- Hands-on experience in dump generation and analysis
