Role and Responsibilities:
Managing Applications of the Organisation.
Providing technical support to teams within the organisation, and to external clients when
required
Training to team members on new development/ existing module of different system as
per the requirement
Develop MIS and Dashboard for management presentation/ reference
Provide telephone/email/chat and remote diagnostic of technical issues related to
different Applications, system training, operation, configuration, customization,
performance, and usage of assigned roles.
Diagnosis & resolving of the problems and troubleshooting.
Applies diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes and recommend
solutions to correct failures in the system.
Functional/Technical skills:
IT literacy around applications and systems.
Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PPT.
Knowledge of Testing applications.
Behavioural Skills/Communication Skills
Good verbal and written communication
Pleasing personality
Strong logical sense
Unflappable Temperament (Listening ability and patience)
