Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide support for SharePoint Online and M365 applications, including SPFx components.
- Troubleshoot permission issues, workflows, UI, and content management problems.
- Investigate, diagnose, and resolve technical application issues to restore services quickly.
- Monitor application performance, server health, and alert systems to ensure high availability.
- Perform root-cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues and implement preventive measures.
- Assist with application deployment activities such as code migrations, configuration changes, and software releases.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation for support procedures, known errors, and resolution steps.
- Coordinate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to resolve complex bugs.
- Communicate clearly with internal users and clients regarding issue status and next steps.
Skills Required:
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 (M365) applications and SharePoint Online support.
- Good understanding of SPFx components, UI troubleshooting, and collaboration platform support.
- Experience handling application support, incident management, and troubleshooting activities.
- Familiarity with workflows, permissions management, and content management processes in SharePoint environments.
- Knowledge of monitoring tools, service health checks, and operational alert systems.
- Understanding of root-cause analysis (RCA), deployment support, and release coordination activities.
- Good documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts and participate in on-call support activities.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional technical and business teams.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
