Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot applications running on Linux platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues and improve system performance.
  • Monitor application health, availability, and system reliability to ensure uninterrupted operations.
  • Develop and implement solutions to improve application scalability, reliability, and performance.
  • Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for incidents and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge base articles.
  • Participate in on-call rotation and provide 24/7 production support for critical applications.
  • Manage incident, problem, and change requests following IT support processes and best practices.
  • Support deployment activities, system maintenance, and environment monitoring.
  • Ensure timely resolution of tickets and adherence to SLA requirements.
