Duration: This role is set up as a Full‑Time Employee (FTE) position in India, which means it has to follow India labor laws, with one of the key requirements is the Provident Fund (PF).

Insight Global is seeking an Application Support Engineer to support a mission-critical, customer-facing portal within a large Commerce organization. This portal is heavily utilized by external customers for account management, payments, product purchases, and service requests. The ideal candidate will provide production support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for a highly customized Java-based Oracle ATG (Oracle Commerce) platform while collaborating with technical and business stakeholders to ensure system stability and performance.

Desired Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of Application Support, Production Support, or DevOps experience
• Experience supporting Java-based applications in production environments
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle ATG / Oracle Commerce
• Experience administering or supporting WebLogic application servers
• Ability to write and troubleshoot using basic SQL queries
• Experience working within Unix/Linux environments
• Understanding of Oracle-based ecosystems and application environments
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in real-time support situations
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
