Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Application Support Engineer to be the first point of contact for all queries related to hospital applications and processes. The role requires handling technical support for doctors, internal staff, and management via phone, in-person, and remote assistance. The candidate must have experience in a hospital environment, supporting Hospital Information Systems (HIS), billing, accounting, and other healthcare applications.
This role involves rotational shifts, including night shifts, providing 24x7 supports to ensure smooth hospital operations.
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide 24x7 application support, including rotational shifts and night shifts.
· Act as the first point of contact for all hospital application-related queries from doctors, staff, and management.
· Troubleshoot Hospital Information Systems (HIS), billing, accounting, and patient management applications.
· Attend support requests via phone, in-person, and remote assistance.
· Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams and ensure timely resolution.
· Assist in user training and documentation for hospital applications.
· Perform regular system health checks, updates, and preventive maintenance.
· Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in interactions with hospital staff.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience:Minimum 2 years in a hospital environment
Education: Graduation in any field
