Job Description
Mandatory Qualifications:
B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science, IT, or relevant engineering discipline from a reputed institution.
- Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in healthcare technologies, EMR, Hospital Information Management systems (HIMS), Lab information management systems (LIMS), PACS, and clinical workflows
- Good communication skills with experience in stakeholder management.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of hospital operations workflows, with Lab/diagnostic integrations (relevant protocols such as HL7, FHIR etc.).
- Strong engineering expertise in Python, MySQL, Postgress, MongoDB (or similar enterprise grade DBs).
- Hands-on experience in Implementation, launch and support of at least one full scale HIMS system in a 200+ bed hospital.
- Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), Quality assurance, CI/CD, and Agile/DevOps practices.
- working knowledge of system performance tuning: low latency, horizontal scaling, concurrency with high availability.
