Role: Application Support Engineer
Acts as an SME providing advanced support for critical business systems
Primary skill: ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC)
Minimum 7.5+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow GRC
Responsible for incident management, problem resolution, and system monitoring
Collaborates with multiple teams to troubleshoot and resolve application issues
Takes ownership of team decisions and contributes to cross-team strategic decisions
Leads and manages the team to ensure high performance
Proactively analyzes system performance and risk/compliance data
Facilitates knowledge-sharing sessions to upskill the team
Strong understanding of risk management frameworks, compliance standards, and ITSM best practices
Location: Pune office
Education requirement: 15 years of full-time education
