Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide support for Azure VM-hosted .NET applications, SQL databases, SSIS jobs, and Windows services.
- Investigate, diagnose, and resolve application and system issues to restore services within defined timelines.
- Monitor application performance, server health, and alert systems to ensure high availability and operational stability.
- Perform root-cause analysis (RCA) for recurring incidents and implement preventive and corrective measures.
- Support application deployment activities including code migrations, configuration updates, and software releases.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for support procedures, known errors, troubleshooting guides, and resolution steps.
- Collaborate with development, QA, infrastructure, and business teams to resolve complex bugs and production incidents.
- Participate in incident management, escalation handling, and operational support activities.
- Assist in improving system reliability, monitoring standards, and support processes across enterprise applications.
- Provide timely communication and updates to stakeholders regarding issue status, resolutions, and service impacts.
Skills Required:
- Hands-on experience supporting .NET applications, SQL Server, and SSIS-based environments.
- Good understanding of Azure virtual machines, Windows Server support, and data center operations.
- Experience troubleshooting enterprise application and infrastructure-related issues.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools, server health checks, and operational alert systems.
- Knowledge of incident management, root-cause analysis (RCA), and production support processes.
- Understanding of application deployment activities, configuration management, and release coordination.
- Good documentation and communication skills for operational and support activities.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts and participate in on-call support activities.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional technical and business teams.
Education: Any Graduation / Any Post Graduation
