Application Support
- Provide first and second-level support for HIS, PACS, LIS, EMR, and other healthcare applications
- Troubleshoot software issues, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate with vendors for resolution
- Assist in deployment, updates, patches, and system rollouts
- Conduct system testing and validate updates before deployment
- Document issues, resolutions, and configurations for knowledge management
System Administration & IT Infrastructure
- Manage and monitor servers, databases, and network infrastructure
- Administer Active Directory, firewalls, VPNs, and security controls
- Implement IT policies, backups, and disaster recovery plans
- Ensure system security, performance optimization, and compliance with hospital IT standards
- Perform preventive maintenance and monitor system health
User Support & Training
- Provide technical assistance for application-related issues
- Manage user accounts and access controls
- Conduct training sessions on application usage and best practices
- Respond to IT helpdesk tickets and ensure timely closure
Integration & Compliance
- Coordinate with vendors for third-party system integrations
- Ensure compliance with NABH, JCI, HIPAA, and healthcare IT regulations
- Support IT audits, security assessments, and data protection initiatives
