About The Role
Job Title: Salesforce L3 Engineer
Experience: 5+ years
Key Responsibilities
- 24X5 weekends on call support-Defect Triage and Management (including Backlog Management); -Minor Enhancements (Guidewire Policy Centre and Smart Comm document templates)
- Code Fixes (Code fixes for issues related to Guidewire Policy Centre and Smart Comm document templates)
- Coordination of fixes with GW and SC vendors (including initial investigation and analysis of defect/issue;
- Product/Actuarial Support: Proprietary/Bureau and SBT / Non SBT updates Monthly Installation for coverages, product model rates, rules, forms inference, forms authoring, and forms mapping on an agreed schedule while minimizing impact to operations.; Includes conducting analysis, supporting the adoption decisions process, applying/merging updates, making changes for SBT and non SBT LOBs, executing and supporting testing
- Maintenance of historical inference documentation, Release Planning and management for new or updated enhancements for GW and SMARTCOMM
- Vulnerability fixes -Support the vulnerability fixes for the in-scope applications. Support for cloud infrastructure and vendor infrastructure not in scope. (Applying vulnerability fixes patch released by Guidewire or SmartComm);
- Maintain documentation
