Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and resolves issues within various components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to troubleshoot problems, analyzing system performance, and ensuring that all applications run smoothly to support business operations effectively. You will engage with users to understand their challenges and work diligently to implement solutions that enhance system functionality and user experience. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the documentation of processes and procedures to enhance team knowledge. - Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP MM Materials Management. - Strong understanding of inventory management processes and procurement procedures. - Experience with SAP integration and data management. - Ability to analyze and resolve technical issues related to SAP MM. - Familiarity with reporting tools and techniques to generate insights from SAP data. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP MM Materials Management. - This position is based at our Nagpur office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
