Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and resolves issues within various components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with different teams, analyzing system performance, and ensuring that all applications run smoothly to support business operations effectively. You will engage in troubleshooting activities, working diligently to maintain system integrity and enhance user experience across the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and foster a culture of continuous improvement. - Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for enhancement to ensure optimal functionality. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ControlM Administration. - Strong understanding of job scheduling and workload automation. - Experience with incident management and problem resolution processes. - Familiarity with system monitoring tools and performance tuning. - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive solutions. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ControlM Administration. - This position is based at our Bhubaneswar office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
