Project Role Description : Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

Job Responsibilities:
- Configure and customize Salesforce platform as per the requirements
- Understanding of SAFE Agile framework and participate in SAFe events
- Good Salesforce CRM Design and Architectural understanding, functional understanding
- Contribute to determine business, functional and technical requirements and participate in application design, configuration, testing and deployment
- Good Triaging, Troubleshooting ,Root cause and Impact analysis capabilities
- Participate in efforts to develop, execute testing and producing documentation where needed
- Previous experience in CRM based product development in large projects is preferable
- Creating timelines and development goals.
- Utilize best practices to develop, perform any support needed, enhancements, bug fixes as required to the Salesforce.com platform
- Testing the stability and functionality of the application.
