Job Description

Project Role : Application Support Engineer

Project Role Description : Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

Must have skills : Salesforce Administration

Good to have skills : NA

Minimum 5 Year(s) Of Experience Is Required

Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

Job Responsibilities:

  • Configure and customize Salesforce platform as per the requirements
  • Understanding of SAFE Agile framework and participate in SAFe events
  • Good Salesforce CRM Design and Architectural understanding, functional understanding
  • Contribute to determine business, functional and technical requirements and participate in application design, configuration, testing and deployment
  • Good Triaging, Troubleshooting ,Root cause and Impact analysis capabilities
  • Participate in efforts to develop, execute testing and producing documentation where needed
  • Previous experience in CRM based product development in large projects is preferable
  • Creating timelines and development goals.
  • Utilize best practices to develop, perform any support needed, enhancements, bug fixes as required to the Salesforce.com platform
  • Testing the stability and functionality of the application.
