Project Role Description : Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

Summary: We are looking for Application Tech Support Practitioner to maintain and support the AMT application hosted on a vendor-managed environment. This role involves ensuring application stability, security, and performance while enabling enhancements and collaborating with business teams for evolving requirements. The application supported has tight integration with SAP PM, so awareness of SAP CPI and SAP BTP will be an added advantage. Key Responsibilities

  • Application Management: Maintain and monitor application health to ensure high availability and performance.
  • Keep Lights On (KLO): Proactively manage day-to-day operations and troubleshoot issues.
  • Upgrades & Patching: Plan and execute application upgrades and patching activities.
  • Enhancements & On-Demand Work: Deliver enhancements and respond to ad-hoc requests from stakeholders.
  • Interact with Business: Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and modify applications based on demand work.
  • Vulnerability Remediation: Identify and remediate security vulnerabilities in applications and infrastructure.
  • Documentation: Assist in documenting application processes and workflows.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with development, infrastructure, and security teams to ensure seamless operations and integration.
  • Team Engagement: Actively participate in team discussions and contribute ideas for problem-solving.
  • Solution Contribution: Provide innovative solutions to work-related problems. Technical Skills Must-Have:
  • Experience in Desktop application management.
  • Knowledge of enterprise business and web analytics tools. (Splunk , Aternity)
  • Strong understanding of security management practices.
  • Familiarity with Azure secret key management. Good to Have:
  • Problem solving skill
  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
  • Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker/Kubernetes).
  • Knowledge of Azure IAM (Identity and Access Management).
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes and ServiceNow (SNow). Professional Attributes
