Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and resolves issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to troubleshoot software problems, ensuring that systems operate smoothly and efficiently, and implementing solutions that enhance system performance and reliability. You will engage in continuous learning to stay updated on the latest technologies and methodologies, contributing to the overall success of the organization by maintaining high standards of service delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the development and implementation of new software features and enhancements. - Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development. - Strong understanding of web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Experience with backend frameworks such as Spring or Hibernate. - Familiarity with database management systems like MySQL or PostgreSQL. - Knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
