Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and solves issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to troubleshoot and resolve software-related challenges, ensuring that business operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will engage in problem-solving activities, analyze system performance, and contribute to the continuous improvement of software applications, all while maintaining a focus on delivering exceptional service to stakeholders. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the documentation of processes and solutions to enhance team knowledge. - Engage in training and mentoring junior team members to foster their development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting. - Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and practices. - Experience with integration of SAP modules and their impact on financial reporting. - Ability to analyze and interpret financial data to support decision-making. - Familiarity with troubleshooting techniques for SAP applications. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting. - This position is based at our Ahmedabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
