As an Application Support Engineer, your day involves acting as a software detective, diligently investigating and resolving issues that arise within various components of essential business systems. You will engage in continuous monitoring and troubleshooting to ensure the smooth operation of these systems, collaborating with different teams to maintain system stability and performance. Your role requires a proactive approach to identifying potential problems before they impact business functions, contributing to a reliable and efficient technology environment that supports organizational goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and resolve complex system issues.
• Document findings and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
• Assist in the implementation of system updates and patches to improve performance and security.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when needed.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Network Infrastructures.
• Strong understanding of network protocols, architecture, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Experience with monitoring tools and diagnostic utilities to identify network issues.
• Ability to analyze system logs and performance metrics to detect anomalies.
• Familiarity with security principles related to network infrastructure.
