The position demands continuous monitoring, collaboration with different teams, and delivering timely solutions to maintain system reliability and performance.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system issues and implement effective resolutions.
• Document findings and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
• Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools to enhance service quality.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Playwright, Selenium.
• Strong knowledge of automated testing frameworks and tools related to Playwright.
• Experience in troubleshooting and debugging complex software applications.
• Ability to analyze logs and system outputs to identify root causes of issues.
• Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment pipelines to support application lifecycle.
• Good understanding of software development and support methodologies.

• This position is based at our Pune office.
