• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system requirements and troubleshoot complex issues.
• Document findings and solutions to enhance knowledge sharing and support future problem resolution.
• Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools to increase efficiency.
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster their professional growth.
• Data Modeling in Erwin and exposure in Data

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data structures and system interactions.
• Experience with database design principles and data architecture best practices.
• Ability to work with various data sources and ensure data integrity across systems.
• Familiarity with troubleshooting methodologies and root cause analysis.
