Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of support activities with business objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize support processes and system stability.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Network Infrastructures.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, hardware, and software components related to infrastructure.
- Experience in troubleshooting complex network issues and performing root cause analysis.
- Ability to monitor and maintain network performance and security.
- Familiarity with network configuration, management, and documentation practices.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement network solutions.
