Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges, ensuring the smooth operation of essential applications. You will engage in problem-solving activities, analyze system performance, and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and systems, all while maintaining a focus on delivering exceptional service to users and stakeholders.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management.
- Strong understanding of incident management and problem resolution processes.
- Experience with application monitoring and performance tuning.
- Familiarity with ITIL framework and best practices.
- Ability to analyze system logs and troubleshoot application errors.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Operations Management.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
